In water dispute, judge calls Firestone the ‘boy who called wolf’
Weld County District Court Judge Kimberly Schutt ruled last week in favor of Central Weld County Water District in its legal dispute with the Town of Firestone, lifting a temporary restraining order that prohibited CWCWD from cutting off water service to the town and rejecting Firestone’s request for a preliminary injunction against the district.
