What’s your proudest moment either personally or professionally?

The recovery of a fire in my business in 2014 was very difficult but the results of pushing forward paid off. Always look for that silver lining, ther typically is one!

How do you like to unwind?

My kids and my dogs are my life.  My boys are my life! I talk to them several times a week to get caught up! I like to unwind by playing ball with my doggos!

Who is your mentor or role model?

I have several mentors! My dad was my biggest cheer leader.  He passed away in 2019, but every day I think of him and cherish his uplifting words.  There are so many women in business I have learned from over the years, they include Kristi Helzer, Suzanne Sereff and Mary Smith.  All of these women are stars in my eyes.

What’s ahead for you personally or professionally?

We moved 2 years ago for the second time.  We expanded our services to better serve our community.  We now offer dog obedience classes, self dog wash stations, low cost vaccine clinics, K9 Smiles dentals and soon we hope to offer space for dog birthday parties.  I am hoping to take some time off to visit one of my sons that lives in New York.
