New restaurant concept planned for Longmont Old Chicago site
LONGMONT – Kenny Chiang, owner of East Moon Asian Bistro on North Main Street in Longmont, purchased the property that had been an Old Chicago pizzeria at 1805 Industrial Circle last year and had planned to open two businesses there: an East Moon location and Kenny’s Tavern.
Instead, according to the Longmont Times-Call, Chiang now plans to demolish the building and offer two different types of Asian cuisine: fine dining on the first floor and hibachi-style food on the second.
