Elementum names new CFO

ERIE — Elementum 3D Inc., a developer and supplier of metal additive manufacturing advanced materials, print parameters and services, has named Vivek Pathak as its chief financial officer.

Pathak has more than 30 years of experience in financial leadership positions, from Fortune 500 companies to more than two decades establishing financial infrastructures for high-tech Silicon Valley start-ups, according to a press statement.

“We are delighted to welcome Vivek to our team,” Jacob Nuechterlein, Elementum president and founder, said in a written statement. “Vivek is the decisive professional we need at the helm of our finances. We have complete confidence in his ability to safeguard the company’s assets and steer Elementum 3D toward our financial goals.”

Pathak was recently vice president of finance at Summerbio, a Menlo Park, California, diagnostic company that provides COVID-19 test systems.

Pathak has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and majored in history at St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.
