Ballard Spahr’s former Boulder office managing partner named to new role

BOULDER — Ballard Spahr LLP, a Philadelphia-based law firm with an office in Boulder, has tapped former Boulder office managing partner Nathan Seiler to serve as the firm’s new Business and Transactions Department chairman.

“Our transactional practices have experienced phenomenal growth over the last several years, giving us the diversity of practice strength and industry experience to help clients through evolving market conditions,” Seiler said in a prepared statement. “We will continue to bring on talented deal lawyers who share our core values and entrepreneurial spirit and whose industry experience will benefit clients. It’s an exciting time to be here, and I’m looking forward to this next chapter.”

Seiler succeeds Peter V. Michaud, who becomes chair of the firm on Jan. 1, 2024, according to a Ballard Spahr news release.
