Green Bay company acquires Fort Collins commercial door company

FORT COLLINS — LaForce LLC, a Green Bay, Wisconsin-based supplier of commercial door opening products, services and security solutions, has acquired Fort Collins-based Collins Door & Hardware Inc.

Collins Door & Hardware serves customers throughout Colorado and Wyoming. The company supplies doors, frames, and hardware to customers in health care, education, government and other sectors.

“At Collins Door & Hardware, their integrity, work ethic and dedication to their customers is second to none,” Brian Mannering, president and CEO of LaForce, said in a prepared statement. “They have built a solid business and we are excited to lead them into their next chapter of growth. We couldn’t ask for a better team to help expand our reach into Colorado.”

Collins Door & Hardware will continue to operate under its current name.

LaForce operates  in 15 locations throughout the country, including Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin.
