Boulder assisted living facility cited in suicide case

BOULDER — A Boulder assisted living facility and its administrator have been cited by state regulators in connection with a suicide death of one of its residents.

The Denver Post reported that MorningStar Assisted Living and Memory Care failed to discover a weapon or take action on suicide threats.
