TTEC completes $490M acquisition of Avtex
ENGLEWOOD — TTEC Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: TTEC) has completed its acquisition of Bloomington, Minnesota-based Avtex Solutions LLC, a customer-experience technology company.
The Minneapolis Star Tribune valued the deal at $490 million, based on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings. The deal closed April 8.
Avtex previously was owned by Minneapolis-based Norwest Equity Partners, a middle-market investment firm.
