Quiznos may close first location

DENVER — Quiznos may close its first location in Denver because of escalating property taxes.

The BusinessDen reported that the assessed value of the property for the sandwich property has risen 160 percent and with that its tax bill. The site is at 1275 Grant St. in Denver.
