Xerox eyes HP takeover

NORWALK, CONNECTICUT — Xerox Holdings Corp. (NYSE: XRX) is mulling an acquisition of HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ), according to a Wall Street Journal report.

The cash-and-stock deal, which was discussed by Xerox’s board Tuesday, could be worth about $27 billion.

Should the acquisition eventually happen, it is unclear what impact it would have on HP’s Northern Colorado operations.
