Elevations sells former headquarters building

BOULDER — Elevations Credit Union has sold its 60,030 square-foot former Boulder headquarters to a California-based GPS positioning company.

The Boulder-based credit union sold the building at 2300 55th St. for $12,157,600, according to a statement from Dean Callan & Co. LLC, the real estate company that handled the transaction in an unlisted sale. Elevations is consolidating some of its operations in its 149,038-square-foot building in the Interlocken Business Park, which it acquired last May.

The buyer is Trimble Inc. (NYSE: TRMB), a company that builds located-based hardware and software for use in agriculture, building design, boundary surveying, forestry and other industries. The company currently lists offices in Boulder, Westminster and Englewood.
