IRES inks lockbox partnership with Denver Realtor group

LOVELAND — Information and Real Estate Services LLC, a Loveland-based multiple listing service that operates in Northern Colorado and the Boulder Valley, recently entered into a reciprocal agreement with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors to share access to listed properties that utilize the electronic lockbox technology.

Members of both IRES and DMAR will be able to access listings that use SentriLock lockboxes in either organization, with no additional fees, membership or paperwork requirements, according to an IRES news release.

“Increased collaboration is the future of this industry, and we look forward to working with other Realtor associations and MLSs to provide seamless access to all listed properties using electronic lockbox technology,” DMAR CEO Ann Turner said in a prepared statement. “We are happy that we are able to make this service available to our members now, just as the busy summer real estate season arrives.”

The IRES partnership with DMAR comes on the heels of another agreement between IRES and Pikes Peak Realtor Services Corp., a multiple listing service in El Paso and Teller counties. The agreement allows brokers to view real estate listing information for both regions filtered into a single feed and access to referral opportunities.
