TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Broomfield sold

BROOMFIELD — The TownePlace Suites by Marriott near Broomfield’s Interlocken business park recently sold for $11.65 million, according to Broomfield public records.

The extended-stay hotel at 480 Flatiron Boulevard opened in 2000.

The seller was BRE Avalanche Property Owner LLC, a company registered to the New York address of real estate private equity firm Blackstone Group LP.

The buyer was Denver BF Property LLC, an entity registered to the Pennsylvania address of real estate investor CenterSquare Investment Management.

Public records show CenterSquare recently purchased two TownePlace Suites properties in Denver from Blackstone: the hotel at 3699 S. Monaco in for $10.5 million and the hotel at 685 N. Speer for $27 million.
