North Range Behavioral Health to build new Frederick facility
FREDERICK — North Range Behavioral Health, which provides mental-health and addiction services at an office within the Indian Peaks Medical Center in Dacono, is opening a new facility in Frederick.
North Range will build an outpatient mental-health and substance-use disorder treatment center on a recently purchased 4.3-acre property at 5988 Iris Parkway, according to a news release from real estate broker SVN Denver Commercial.
The facility will offer programs for both children and adults.

“North Range has served the Carbon Valley area since 2015 with an outpatient office at the Indian Peaks Medical Center. But as the population and needs of this area have grown, we recognized that it was time to build a larger facility,” North Range executive director Larry Pottorff said in a prepared statement.
