Noosa Yoghurt founder to speak at Museum of Boulder
BOULDER — Koel Thomae, co-founder of Bellvue-based Noosa Yoghurt, is speaking at the Museum of Boulder’s final Boulder Conversations talk for 2018.
The talk, which starts at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 5, will include Thomae’s story of returning home to Australia, discovering locally made yogurt and partnering with dairy farmer Robert Graves to bring Noosa to life. Noosa has grown from four flavors sold at local farmer’s markets to being available in more than 25,000 stores nationwide.
Noosa recently was purchased by Sovos Brands of Berkeley, Calif.
