One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

“Community Hospital has a more than 72-year tradition of caring for its growing communities, and we are excited to engage in formal discussions about how we can work together to continue its impressive legacy through innovative health care delivery and advanced technology,” said Peter Banko, Centura Health’s president and CEO. “As a health care provider that is as mutually passionate about treating the whole patient, mind, body and spirit, we appreciate the opportunity to discuss becoming an integral part of their flourishing communities.”

The transaction contemplated by the letter of intent is subject to negotiation of a definitive agreement and regulatory approval.
