Workout facility opens in Windsor

WINDSOR — A mother/daughter team has opened its second workout facility, this time in Windsor. The initial location for 5280Fit is in Highlands Ranch.

The facility at 655 Academy Court in Windsor is operated by Haelin Steward and her mother, Sonja Steward, according to a report in the Greeley Tribune. While the original location of the fitness company was designed for mothers to lose baby weight, the Windsor location will also be available to men and has hired a male trainer. Training sessions range from low-intensity to more rigorous routines as members progress in their fitness.
