Urban Bricks Pizza opening Saturday in Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS — Urban Bricks Pizza will host its grand opening in Fort Collins on Saturday.

The new restaurant is located at 2860 E. Harmony Road in the Front Range Village shopping center. Urban Bricks offers customers the option to dine-in or take-out, with plans to offer delivery soon.

For the open house, all dine-in guests will receive a free 11-inch foundation pizza during the celebration from noon to 2 p.m.

Urban Bricks allows guests the option to build their own pizzas. Gluten free and wheat options are available. Salads, paninis, wings, gelato and dessert pizzas are on the menu.
The Fort Collins Urban Bricks is the first franchise location in Colorado and is owned and operated by local businessman Jason Wolf, who also operates Tran’s Martial Arts & Fitness Center.

Urban Bricks features a rotating, Italian oven that cooks the pizza in two minutes.
