Integrated Properties acquires CoorsTek HQ in Golden
GOLDEN — Integrated Properties Inc., a Denver-based commercial real estate development and investment company, has acquired a high-profile office building in Golden.
The Denver Business Journal reports that the company purchased Signature Centre, a 185,920-square-foot building at 14143 Denver West Parkway for $32 million. The building was purchased from HQ Capital Real Estate of New York.
Signature Centre houses several tenants and serves as the headquarters for CoorsTek, a high-tech maker of ceramics.
Integrated Properties owns more than 8.5 million square feet of commercial properties, according to the company’s website.
