Hickenlooper focuses on transportation, broadband

DENVER — Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper yesterday outlined transportation and broadband as his legislative priorities for 2017. The governor spoke at the opening of the Colorado General Assembly, providing his annual State of the State address.
