Boulder Community Health Foundation names new president

BOULDER — The Boulder Community Health Foundation, the fundraising arm of Boulder Community Health, on Tuesday named Grant Besser as its new president.

Besser will take over Oct. 17 for BCH board member Dee Perry, who has served in an interim role since February, when Frank Bruno stepped down. Bruno last month was named CEO of Via Mobility Services.

Besser, a Boulder resident for the past seven years, most recently served as chief marketing officer for Teach for America, a national nonprofit organization that aims to strengthen equity and excellence in education. Before that, he served in senior management positions at Warner Bros. and Yahoo.
