Micro Motion buys 5.5 acres near Boulder campus

BOULDER — Micro Motion Inc. has purchased about 5.5 acres of vacant land across the street from its main campus in Gunbarrel, though the company’s plans for the site remain unclear at this point.

Micro Motion paid $2,125,000 for the adjacent properties at 6800 and 6949 Winchester Circle. Northview Properties II LLC and Northview Properties III LLC, entities managed by Scott Reichenberg and Susan Chrisman, were the sellers.

Micro Motion, a division of Emerson Process Management, makes flow- and density-measurement devices used in a wide range of industries.
