Fort Collins council overturns denial of Maple Street development

The Fort Collins city council determined on Tuesday night that a hearing officer erred in denying approval of the proposed 320 Maple mixed-use development project at the corner of Maple and Meldrum streets.

The Coloradoan reports that council voted 6-0 to approve the project, a 45,000-square-foot four-story building that would include 29 apartments in addition to some commercial space.
