The tourism industry in Colorado Springs, which had been crippled by two devastating fires and a flood in 2012 and 2013, has rebounded to set records so far this year, according to the city’s Convention and Visitors Bureau.
According to The Gazette, revenues from 2016’s lodging and automotive rental tax have soared past numbers in 2011 and are on their way to their best year ever.
