Fort Collins home building permits at 4-year low
Rising construction costs and sale prices have sunk the number of single-family home permits issued in Fort Collins to a four-year low as of the end of June, according to the city’s building department.
The Coloradoan reports that the number of single-family permits issued in the first half of the year is the fewest since home starts began rebounding from the Great Recession in 2012.
