Spokane, Wash.-based Inland Group is proposing a new apartment building for “active adults” ages 55 and up in northeast Colorado Springs.
The Gazette reports that documents submitted to the city’s Land Use Review Division call for a four-story, 180-unit building that would be built southeast of Powers and Dublin boulevards for so-called active adults 55 and up. The developer already has built or planned several multi-family projects in the Springs.
