Longhorn Steakhouse to open Fort Collins location Tuesday

FORT COLLINS —  A Longhorn Steakhouse will open at 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, at 3450 S. College Ave. near the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins.

The restaurant will be led by managing partner Richard Kerr.

The 5,825-square-foot restaurant will be able to seat 200 guests. The restaurant’s design has an American West theme, with interiors featuring contemporary artwork and sculptures of horses, Western landscapes and sunsets complemented by warm tones, wood and stone.
