Sargent Bickham Lagudis merges with Colorado Financial Management

BOULDER — Investment advisory firms Sargent Bickham Lagudis LLC in Boulder and Colorado Financial Management Inc. in Johnstown have merged, the companies announced Wednesday.

Sargent Bickham Lagudis manages approximately $1 billion in assets, and CFM has approximately $250 million in assets under management.

The new firm will use the Colorado Financial Management name and brand, and maintain offices in Boulder, Denver and Johnstown. Employees in the Denver office are expecting to move to a new location in Cherry Creek this spring.
