Florida’s Lazydays to acquire Colorado’s RV America

RV America Inc., which has the largest indoor recreational vehicle showroom in Johnstown, is set to be acquired by Florida-based Lazydays, the world’s largest RV dealership.

The two companies announced the acquisition on Wednesday, saying that the signed deal is expected to close “shortly.”

Included in the deal are Colorado-based RV America’s Johnstown and Aurora locations, as well as its Discount RV Corner site at the junction of Interstate 25 and Highway 119 in Longmont. The Johnstown location is just off I-25 at 4777 Marketplace Dr.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

All three sites will transition to the Lazydays RV brand “sometime next year,” the companies said in a release.

“I wanted to find a partner that exemplified the same values I’ve run my business with for years,” RV America owner Hari Sach said in the release. “Lazydays is the one — an industry leader that can help take us to the next level.”
