Former CSU athletic director Jack Graham buys Feeders Supply building

Former Colorado State University athletic director Jack Graham and his wife Ginger paid $895,000 recently to purchase the Northern Colorado Feeders Supply building in Fort Collins’ River District.

The Coloradoan reports that the Grahams have an eye on potentially opening a pie shop at the site.

The couple bought the building from local developer Jon Prouty. Prouty, along with Schuman Cos. Inc., and Dohn Construction, are currently building 54 apartments on a piece of land adjacent to the Feeders Supply building. That group had been working plans through the city to open a restaurant at the site.
