Clothing retailer Crossroads Trading leases former Boulder Army Store space
BOULDER — Berkeley, Calif.,-based used clothing retailer Crossroads Trading recently leased the 5,300-square-foot downtown Boulder space left vacant when the Boulder Army Store closed earlier this year.
Crossroads Trading is planning a fall opening, said Chris Boston of commercial real estate firm Gibbons-White Inc. Boston brokered both sides of the lease transaction with Greg Glass. The local Independent Order of Odd Fellows lodge owns the building at 1545 Pearl St.
Crossroads Trading, founded in 1991, buys and sells trendy high-end clothing, with customers able to sell their used items in-store for cash or credit as well as on a consignment basis. The…
