My Place Hotels submits plans for extended-stay hotel in Loveland

LOVELAND — My Place Hotels of America LLC has submitted plans to build a 64-unit extended-stay hotel in the Crossroads Business Park in east Loveland.

The 28,594-square-foot three-story hotel would be built at 3975 Peralta Drive in the Crossroads Business Park, according to city of Loveland planning documents.

The property is on Crossroads Boulevard along the east side of Interstate 25. Several new hotels have been built in the last few years in the area, including Embassy Suites.
