Noodles reshuffling duties following COO Keith Kinsey’s resignation

Broomfield-based restaurant chain Noodles and Co. (Nasdaq: NDLS) is apparently reorganizing its executive team’s duties in the wake of president and chief operating officer Keith Kinsey’s resignation to take over as CEO of Portillo’s Hot Dogs.

Noodles and Co. announced Kinsey’s resignation in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday as Illinois-based Portillo’s simultaneously announced his hiring.

Noodles stated that Kinsey’s “responsibilities will be reallocated among current members of management.” Kinsey will also be resigning his position on Noodles’ board of directors.
