Senior-living complex in Loveland sells for $13 million

LOVELAND — A California company has acquired a senior-living complex in Loveland for $13 million, according to public records.

MBK Senior Living, a subsidiary of Irvine, Calif.-based MBK Real Estate, purchased Seven Lakes Memory Care, a 48-bed senior-living facility at 1990 Pikes Peaks Drive, from Memory Care at Seven Lakes LLC, an entity registered to Scott Bray of Loveland.

Seven Lakes Memory Care provides specialized care and support for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

Seven Lakes is divided into four Connections for Living “neighborhoods.” Each neighborhood includes seven private residential suites connected to a country kitchen, living room and secure patio.…
