Cannabis Therapy raises $815,000

BOULDER – Cannabis Therapy Corp. has raised $815,000 in equity, according to a form filed Wednesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Boulder-based Cannabis Therapy manufactures and markets medicinal cannabidiol products for both humans and animals.

The full amount of the offering is $1 million, according to the SEC filing.
