Loveland’s Embassy Suites ranked best in world

LOVELAND – The Embassy Suites in Loveland has been chosen as the best Embassy Suites in the world, according to Clark Davis, director of sales and marketing at the hotel.

Loveland’s Embassy Suites has been No. 2 for the past two years, Davis said, but an increased focus on customer satisfaction helped push it over the edge to become the best in the world, according to an annual ranking performed by Hilton Worldwide, parent company of Embassy Suites.

Staff from Embassy Suites will accept the “Connie” award, named after Hilton founder Conrad Hilton, at a conference next month, according to Davis. The ranking is based on both customer satisfaction and brand audits.

Loveland’s Embassy Suites is located at 4705 Clydesdale Parkway and opened in 2009. The hotel and conference center employs 200 people, Davis said.

There are Embassy Suites in seven countries.
