Voted on by members of the Country Club, renovations will apply to facilities, including tennis amenities, exercise equipment, a golf pro shop and a restaurant overlooking the golf course.

The expansion is slated to take place in two phases. The first phase will focus on the creation of three indoor climate-controlled tennis courts and upgrading exercise equipment and improving fitness class space. The second phase will include the construction of the golf pro shop, as well as enhancing the new on-site restaurant, expanding current seating capacity from 42 to 130 people.

Commercial Solar is a big investment, but not an overwhelming one

Solar offers a significant economic benefit for commercial property owners while also positively impacting the environment and offering a path to compliance for new municipal requirements like Energize Denver. A local, experienced solar installer will help you navigate the complexities of commercial solar to achieve financial success for your project.

According to a release, this will be the largest member-voted capital expenditure allocation in the club’s 54-year history.

“The decision to invest heavily in our infrastructure was not taken lightly, and it is with an overwhelming amount of support from our membership that we are able to move forward with these projects,” Country Club President Mark Smith said in a statement.
