Swiss skiwear firm coming to Boulder

BOULDER – Swiss-based skiwear company Kjus hopes to open a marketing office and showroom in Boulder by Dec. 1.

Kjus, a subsidiary of LK International AG, recently leased 4,238 square feet at 4940 Pearl East Circle, No. 300. Chad Henry and Nate Litsey of W.W. Reynolds Cos., served as listing brokers in the transaction while Kjus was represented internally.

Chris Mackenzie, Kjus’ Colorado territory rep and operations manager, said the company’s biggest American markets are in the Rocky Mountain Region, and said the fact that other outdoor apparel companies are located in Boulder was also a draw.
