Rickenbaugh dealership headed for Dacono

DACONO – Rickenbaugh Auto Group will open an Infiniti dealership along the Interstate 25 east frontage road south of Highway 52.

The dealership is under construction right now and will be built in two phases, ultimately encompassing more than 20,000 square feet. A groundbreaking celebration will be held next week, according to Dacono Community Development Director Jennifer Krieger.

The site development plan for the dealership was approved in January. The dealership should be open in late summer.

This project follows news last week of Spradley-Barr opening a location in downtown Windsor. Auto sales throughout Colorado have seen steady improvement in the last year.

For 2012, Colorado outpaced the nation for increases in vehicle sales. The U.S. posted an increase of 13 percent for the year when compared to 2011.
