NoCo hospitals now connected to health info exchange

All four Northern Colorado hospitals are now connected to the health information exchange, a secure network designed to improve communication between doctors and others caring for a patient.

The exchange is operated by the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization.

Banner Health-owned hospitals McKee Medical Center in Loveland and North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, as well as University of Colorado Health hospitals Poudre Valley Health in Fort Collins and Medical Center of the Rockies are now part of the network.
