Home prices up again in June
Home prices, including distressed sales, increased in both the Fort Collins-Loveland metropolitan statistical area and in Greeley in June.
In Fort Collins and Loveland, home prices increased by 4.1. In Greeley, home prices increased by 8.4 percent.
In Colorado as a whole, home prices including distressed sales increased slightly from June 2011, up by 6.2 percent, according to the report.
Nationally, home prices increased by 2.5 percent year-over-year in June.
