NoCo hopes to bring Pro Cycling Challenge to region

Business and community organizations in Fort Collins, Loveland and Estes Park have banded together in hopes of bringing the USA Pro Cycling Challenge to Northern Colorado in August 2013.

Fundraisers and other promotions have been scheduled Aug. 15-17 to help raise the dollars needed, according to a release by NoCoCycling, the official name for the group. A lack of funding last fall prevented Fort Collins from making a bid for a leg of the 2012 race.
