Loveland Community, McKee Stepping Stones plan expansion

LOVELAND – The operator of the Loveland Community Health Center has purchased a building that will serve as a new home for the clinic, as well as McKee Stepping Stones Adult Day Care program.

Sunrise Community Health, which operates the Loveland Community Health Center, purchased the 48,000-square-foot building at 302 Third St. S.E. in Loveland for $2.3 million.

The health center occupies 15,000 square feet at 450 Cleveland Ave., but traffic at the center has reached a level that necessitated expansion. Stepping Stones Adult Day Care program, operated by McKee Medical Center, will also move into the building.
