Wellness programs have role in reform
BOULDER – What works in a corporate wellness program depends on the individuals participating and the people leading the effort.
Heather Mills, a wellness specialist with Volk & Bell Benefits LLC, said worksite wellness programs have evolved since their inception 40 years ago and have a big role in the battle to reduce health-care costs.
