Warehouse in CTC sells for $1.4 million
LOUISVILLE – A 24,560-square-foot industrial space at 1501 S. Arthur Ave. in the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville has sold for $1.4 million, according to Boulder County property records.
The warehouse was purchased by Arapahoe Land and Investment Co. LLC from Warembourg Colorado Ranches LLC. The seller paid $2.195 million for the property in 2000, according to property records.
Eric Rutherford and Tom Hill of Wright Kingdom Real Estate represented both the buyer and seller.
