Twin Peaks Mall in foreclosure
LONGMONT – Twin Peaks Mall in Longmont has fallen into foreclosure because mall owner Panattoni Development Co. is behind in payments on a $26.5 million note owed to creditor Bank of America, according to public records.
Panattoni, based in Sacramento, California, did not return a Friday morning call for comment about public records filed at the Boulder County Public Trustee’s office this week. A Colorado spokesman with NewMark Merrill Cos., the mall’s management company, was traveling in San Diego and unavailable for comment on Friday morning.
