Monfort Institute offers Sustainable Transformation workshops

LOVELAND — The Sustainable Transformation Program-Colorado,
a series of five half-day workshops offered by the Monfort Institute of the
Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado, is back
this fall.

The workshop series is designed for senior leaders,
directors, managers and business owners who want to transform their
organizations or units — and make the change last over time. The Monfort
Institute workshops are based on exclusive research by Institute faculty on
nationally recognized high-performing organizations.

The first workshop in the series, Leading High Performance,
takes place Sept. 21, 8:30 a.m. to noon, at the Monfort training facility in
Centerra, 2915 Rocky Mountain Ave., Loveland. It will introduce the framework
for leading transformation and sustainable excellence, assess individual
leadership behaviors and develop a plan for improvement.

Cost to attend the Leading High Performance workshop is $399
per person, $299 if booked before Sept. 7.
