Banner Health wins ‘Top Leadership’ award

PHOENIX – Banner Health has received the 2011 “Top Leadership Teams in
Healthcare” award from HealthLeaders, a national trade publication and
provider of health-care business information for industry executives.

Banner won the award in the “large hospitals and health systems” category, or those with 500 or more licensed beds.

Banner owns or has contracts to operate hospitals in seven states,
including Colorado, where it owns McKee Medical Center in Loveland and
operates North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.
