Loveland reports highest lodging occupancy in June
DENVER – Loveland had the highest occupancy rate in Northern Colorado in
June at 82.2 percent, according to a report by the Colorado Hotel and
Lodging Association.
The report said Loveland had the second-highest average daily rate at $108.81 after Estes Park, where the ADR was $163.48.

Fort Collins had the second-highest daily occupancy rate at 74.6 percent
and an ADR of $90.67. Estes Park had the third-highest occupancy rate
in June at 69.2 percent.
Greeley had the lowest monthly occupancy rate of the four Northern
Colorado cities reporting at 67.1 percent and the lowest ADR at $87.96.
However, through June, Greeley had the highest occupancy rate at 65.1
percent, closely followed by Loveland at 64.9 percent. Fort Collins had a
YTD occupancy rate of 58.4 percent, while Estes Park had a YTD rate of
38 percent.
For the state as a whole, Colorado had a daily occupancy rate of 71.9
percent and an ADR of $91.33. YTD, the state had a 59.9 percent
occupancy rate through June.
