Care and coverage together for your employees

At Kaiser Permanente, we offer a unique care model. Not only do we provide care and coverage together (i.e. health plans and health care), but we also pioneered value-based care.

“We felt that we would be better able to meet the needs of our customers
as well as fill a need in the community by changing our concept,´ said
April. “We want to assure our current customers that nothing will change
in our ownership and our commitment to preparing top quality
take-and-bake meals. d’Vine will encompass everything that we are both
very passionate about,” she said.

The expansion of the business will include a patio area on the Harmony
Road side of the store at 2580 E. Harmony Road, creating space for
sit-down lunches and an evening wine bar with appetizer menu.

d’Vine will kick off the opening of the wine bar on July 29 with a
special evening of wine tasting and tapas for $20 per person. Call
970-472-9999 for more information.
